Dawnay, Day Group has bought one of the largest property collections in New York City, consisting of 47 buildings in East Harlem and seven condo units in the East Village, for $250 million.
The seller was represented by James Zane, Esq. of Zane and Rudofsky, and Bruce Lederman, Esq. of Lederman, Abraham and Lederman.
