New York, NY, June 02, 2009: Gabbaim of Congregation Lubavitch Win Next Round in Litigation over Lubavitch Synagogue.

The Gabbaim of Congregation Lubavitch of Agudas Chassidei Chabad prevailed in companion decisions handed down this week by a unanimous panel of the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court for the Second Judicial Department, with regard to control of the Central Lubavitcher Synagogue at 770 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn.
