The Starrett-Lehigh Building
Zane and Rudofsky's New York City Office is located in the historic Starrett-Lehigh Building in Chelsea, Manhattan on West 26th Street. The Starrett-Lehigh Building was built in 1932 and originally served as a railroad freight terminal. In 1998 it was redeveloped into a 2.3 million square feet office building which is one of Manhattan's largest. The building is host to numerous corporate tentants in fashion, media & the arts. The building boasts large unobstructed views of Manhattan, New Jersey, and the Hudson River.
